Think of this has how many different times the tripod is set up for a shot to get a view
If you have one room with a single main feature, you probably only need one shot for that room. If you have a large flowing dining room / kitchen / living room, you might want 2 or even 3 shots.

Are the shots all in the same building? If not, are the locations walking distance or driving distance apart?
Is there power onsite?
Are the units framed / finished construction / furnished?
Is there anything else we should know about the location?

High Dynamic Range (HDR) imaging is a post processing technique to improve the quality of a photo. When you take a picture of a window from inside of a building, the camera can either focus on the light indoors, or outdoors, but not both, leading to under exposed rooms or over exposed windows. HDR processing combines multiple shots for more realistic exposures, and is typically faster than setting up multiple flashes & strobes.
